What to Expect

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes early, especially for your first visit, so we can connect and review intake information together.

Payment
Preferred payment methods are Venmo or cash but, major credit cards are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you’re feeling unwell or unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. You’re welcome to offer your appointment to a friend if needed.

Massage Etiquette

-Please arrive clean and fresh, especially after exercising.

-Undress to your comfort level; you will be fully draped throughout the session.

-Communicate at any time if you would like more or less pressure, or if something doesn’t feel right.

-Conversation or silence is entirely your choice—I will follow your lead.

-Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

-If you’re feeling sick, please reschedule. I will extend the same courtesy to you.
